Research Center for Chemical Green Transformation (GX)

GX (Green Transformation) is the change of total economic society system based on from fossil fuels to clean energies. This YNU Research Center aims breakthrough in the field of chemistry for GX. Representative research targets are, for example, (i) catalytic CO2 conversion for carbon-neutrality, (ii) electro-driven and photo-driven production and separation of chemicals, (iii) chemical processes utilizing renewable energy resources, and (iv) chemical reactions for carbon, nitrogen, and silicon recycling. In order to support these studies, collaboration with material, interface, and theoretical scientists is necessary.
